My screen went crazy

I just quit exit out of coreplayer then went to task manager. As soon as I killed all my screen did this weird thing with all these colors and lines everywhere. I removed the battery and now I'm scared to turn my q back on. Have there been problems related to coreplayer or killing all programs??

Depends, some of the really old versions are buggy, I have read that the full version for 20 bucks works flawlessly. Your Q should be fine man, but I'd make sure to run TCPMP after killing all your other programs to make sure it doesn't happen again.
