Exclamation My fone just frezes on Sprint yellow screen

My fone just freezes on sprint yellow screen. I tried to remove the battery and put it back and as soon as i put it back it comes back on that same yellow sprint screen.
I even tried the power button with the center menu to reboot but it wont leave the yellow sprint screeen
somebody pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee help

it just powers up without you touching it once the battery is in? or are you trying to turn it on. If you are trying to turn it on don't and use the wall charger to let it do to the blue charging screen when the phone is off for a while until it shows the battery at a good level.

it just stays on that welcome screen, does nothing else
they are now sending me a moto Q 9 C
i hope they dont charge me for sending a motoq9c instead of motoq
does any one know how that exchange works
its only 2 days that i started this service

You shouldn't be charged for the upgrade since your phone was deemed defective evidently. I would call to make sure though and if you have only had it for 2 days make sure you're still eligible for the rebate.
Sprint should include an envelope for you to return your defective Q. Make sure you send it back because if not they will charge you for that.
Sorry your Q crashed but you will love the Q9c so much more! Much better phone, IMHO.
