MOL3 update pgm won't recognize connection

I'm running the MOL3 update on my pc and I have the Q connected and activesync says it's connected. However the MOL3 update doesn't recognize the Q, says the phone is not connected.

Anyone see anything like this?

read the directions....you need to check 'enhanced network functionality' on the device

Thanks chief. I already read the directions and had that checked.

I turned my phone off and the update worked. Didn't know I had to turn it off. THough my active sync won't work now
