trying to understand peoples obsession with MMS,i had my Q for ~12 months, used it.. about 5-6 times.

At least u have the option...its not that id use it everyday, but being able to use it when needed would be nice

I have the Arcsoft MMS work around on my PPC6800 for MMS. It is annoying that Sprint left this very simple function out of all its PPC/smartphone devices. It's not like it would have affected the functionallity of the device. So the question is: Why?

I havent used the MMS much since I switched to a smartphone/PPC device, but I used it alot on my older camera phones. I think the only reason I dont use it more now is because its not part an orignal function of the device and you have to use work arounds.

Need Help

So, I had the new Q from AT&T, which had MMS and I used it ALL THE TIME. Stupid me thought I'd go on Sprint and have the same feature.

Went into the same Sprint store I bought the phone at, and the guy told me to download third party software and use that. I then find that Sprint now blocks all that software.

Just called and spent an hour on the phone, most of it on hold, they transferred me to Nextel technical support, which was dumb because I don't have Nextel. Finally I spoke to a guy in Sprint technical support who says the feature is not on the Motorola Q. Then, he tried blaming Motorola and Microsoft, but I quickly cut that off since I had the AT&T Q9h, by Motorola and Microsoft.

His supervisor just told me to go take my phone back and get a refund, but I'm at 32 days, so I guess I'm S.O.L.

HE COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS!

I am so upset at myself for going with Sprint!!! Please take me back AT&T....

i don't think the problem is with AT&T taking you back.. it's breaking the contract with Sprint..

u can get out of s sprint contract...we did w/o paying ther penalty. Document your issues and keep going up the ladder until u get out of your contract. Either that or pay the $ to get out.
