I renewed my plan on december and got an A900. I found out about the Q on January and went the the store to return the A900. ordered the Q thru the phone on saturday night and was told everything was good. I call back on Tuesday and they tell me that I was not elegible for the rebate, (BTW I never got a call), I explained to them that I just renewed my contract and returned the phone that I got with it, they say ok, we'll send it out tomorrow.
I call back on wednesday to see the status and the SAME THING HAPPENED!! so I told them I was unsatisfied with their service. if I didn't have the phone tomorrow, I was going to cancel. the lady i spoke with in retentions was nice and understood my problem, so I got the phone for $46.99, free overnight shipping and no payment for the monthy of Febuary

I called back later that day, I got a tracking number and the phone was here the next day
