I renewed my plan on december and got an A900. I found out about the Q on January and went the the store to return the A900. ordered the Q thru the phone on saturday night and was told everything was good. I call back on Tuesday and they tell me that I was not elegible for the rebate, (BTW I never got a call), I explained to them that I just renewed my contract and returned the phone that I got with it, they say ok, we'll send it out tomorrow.

I call back on wednesday to see the status and the SAME THING HAPPENED!! so I told them I was unsatisfied with their service. if I didn't have the phone tomorrow, I was going to cancel. the lady i spoke with in retentions was nice and understood my problem, so I got the phone for $46.99, free overnight shipping and no payment for the monthy of Febuary

I called back later that day, I got a tracking number and the phone was here the next day

You guys are awesome because I got a great deal.

I called the regular customer service number and they wanted 400 for the Q.

I called the retention line and told them I was going to quit because I was going to get a Q from Verizon.

The guy asked what price they offered. Not wanting to push it I said 150. He said he would give it to me for that. Also he threw in internet for $5 a month and free text messaging.

Anyways thanks for your guys posts.

awesome . . . so what was the final damage? You got the Q for $150 (2-year agreement?) what's your monthly bill? you said $5 a month for unlimited internet and free (unlimited) text messaging for the life of your contract? what else?

I got my Q last week for $299. I've been with Sprint for years, but didn't qualify for whatever new price thing they always do. I just called the 306-7056 number, and was told to download the rebate form from the website and mail it in. not sure I want to wait 6-14 weeks, but I guess a hundo is a hundo.
