Default Help with renewing Sprint contract

Hi,
My contract is up in Jan 2008.
Last month I received an offer from Sprint for $150 off a new phone if I renewed.(I passed)
I just received a 2nd offer if I renew for another 2 years, they'll give me $115 credit on my account.
Do the deals get better closer to the end of my contract???
Thanks in advance,
Glenn

Hahaha I highly doubt you'll get a SERO plan by just asking for it. The deals offered are about the best you'll get. You might get something like a reup discount along the lines of 10% off your MRC. I've never really seen anything that varies greatly from what you've been offered since I've been working here.

I re-uped and got $115 off. I already have a plan they don't offer anymore (1000 minutes $59.95)

well they offer SEROs for $50 for 1250 min unlimited txt and unlimited data, to the general public via their website... so i didnt think it would that big of a stretch for them to offer it to a possible renewing customer since he could get it on his own .. save $10 a month, get more minutes and texts and data... over 2 years thats $240 off instead of the $115 they gave you.

That website although public is only for people who have been referred by a sprint employee. Hence the name SERO. Sprint Employee Referral Opportunity. People abuse a few select emails of employees to get the SERO plans from the website, it is NOT a public opportunity.

Edit: Either way how Re Up is handled is on a trial by trial basis so any possibility cannot be ruled out.

Actually its open to anyone that uses "savings@sprintemi.com", which seems to be pretty public to me.

I am not here to argue either way. I can only speak from my experience working with customer accounts.

Glenn M, could you please post that phone number to call to renew the contract for $115? I got that mailing too, but lost it. I'd like to do it and tried to call Sprint directly, but they said I needed to call that exact number. Many thanks.
