Help.. Can't send e-mail. Pulling out hair..

I've looked through these forums, and tried everything I can think of.

I cannot send e-mail through my bellsouth e-mail..
Can't seem to get hotmail or gmail to work either..

What is the trick?

i suspect the fact that your provider doesn't allow relaying... your smtp sees an incoming from a non Bellsouth client and says: nope..

I have Time-Warner cable. They will not allow you to use their smtp server unless you are connected to your cable modem. You can use the Sprint outgoing server to send your e-mails. Set your outgoing server as pop.sprintpcs.com. Select the option to use authentication for outgoing server. Click on outgoing server settings. Select the option to use different user name. Enter your Sprint user name and password. If you have any issues, call Sprint. They can help you with this.
