I just got my Q last week, and I feel your pain. I think it's going to take a year before I really know how to use this thing!! LOL Definitely read the manual, and the Quick Start guide (under the Start menu) has some tips too. I would also highly recommend reading through the posts on here, this site had invaluable information, just about everything you would ever want to know. And if there isn't a post about it just ask, and someone will help. It's great.

hmmmm......well it's a pretty lengthy application and approval process, but I am sure if you are willing we can find someone to stalk you too.

theres an aim thing called slick if you google free aim for windows mobile its like the third choice and it says pocket pc but keep looking and it'll say windows mobile. i use it and its free
