I was on the phone with Sprint last night. I talked to 2 different retention specialists (along with 1 regular rep.) all said that from now on if you get a smart phone you have to get one of their new everything or voice/data plans. Even on SERO. They said as long as I kept the phone I have or don't add any lines with smart phones, I can keep the plan I have. But if I want a different smart phone or to add any smart phones/lines, I can't do it on the plan I have since it's no longer offered. I have to go to an everything plan or at least one of the new voice/data plans. With the Instinct it's got to be one of the new everything plans.

This happened to me awhile back too. I was on a very old plan that was no longer offered. When I added the third line, they would not add it to the plan I was on because that plan was no longer offered. I had to switch to one of the new Fair & Flexible plans to add the third line.

Right now I pay $55 including taxes for all three lines. Two lines have unlimited data, one line has unlimited texting. So to get the new phones we're looking at, our bill would triple!

I pay on verizon for two phones 160.00 a month.

Thats with data on the 9m. 30.00
unlimited and 500 out of network messages for both phones 20.00
Insurance for both phones 12.00
PA's take it up the butt cell taxes which are double other states, etc.

Depending on which phone you are on. I tried yesterday to order the Instinct from the SERO website, the only plan option you have with the Instinct is the Simply Everything Plan. When you select another phone, it will give you the option of the $30 500 minute plan along with the Simply Everything Plan.

If we can't complain about the price, we'll have to go back to complaining about the lack of picture mail!

I wonder how many would leave sprint if their prices become relatively expensive like the Big Two?
