Default getting upset with sprint c.s what should i do?

Well my q is acting up again, this is my 4th one. I contacted sprint via email, one rep says they would replace it with the q9c but another rep emails me today telling me i have to pay full retail. Iam a new customer with sprint but i thought i had 30 days to return the defective handset? they are giving me the run around. I just want the q9c. I had alltel and tmobile before and if i ever had a problem they would correct it or ship a new phone over night. so whats up with sprint?

You need to talk to Retentions, not the regular CS folks. Just call *2 and say Cancel.

Default Sprint CS

I recently had great follow up by emailing investor relations at sprint. I am not an investor, just a long time customer, but the investor relations people seem to get why customer service and satisfaction is important.

Good luck, Mark

It may take a few calls to get someone to do something for you . . .

Sometimes, it takes awhile. In addition to mentioning your issues, did you threaten to cancel? Did you really sell your displeasure with Sprint? Also, sometimes, it's about getting the right person. Some ppl have called and called until they got someone who would do what they wanted . . .
