My Q runs alot faster and there are letter to number association on the top of the dial screen for dailing numbers with letters. Thats all I noticed so far.

How can I get up to par with new update? I have also heard sprint Q has roaming issues? Does this fix reception/roaming issues?

Just Updated!
I recieved two downloads.
One had the update that I completed.
The other has an Update repair or Remove Update choice.
When I tried to cancel the Repair/remove update it told me the update was not complete???
Has anyone done either?
BTW I notice no changes yet! But I just did it.
I was having some of the problems mentioned in an earlier post.
The phone is locking up and it is necessary to remove the battery.
Also after a long call I to couldn't end the call without removing the battery. Not sure if it is a software issue and if this update will repair it or not.

Funny thing, my first sprint Q did the refuse to end call thing after a long call. My replacement Q has never had this issue but I notice it gets slightly worse reception. First Q would get solid 2 bars at home and 1 at work. Current Q gets 1-2 bars at home and 0-1 bars at work, definite weaker signal.
