Error Messages

Ive had my Q for a day now and i think im in over my head. All im trying to do is get my screensavers and ringtones from the sprint digital lounge. When i went to download the content, for about 15 hours all i got was a message saying that the network was being updated and to try back later. When that finally stopped, this message popped up... "there has been an application error! Please contact your system administrator to report this error." i have no clue what any of this means. please help me if you can. The phone is new out of the box, and i have yet to download any updates or software. Let me know if there is anything important i need to do. Thanks in advance from someone who thinks they are in over their head!!!!

Sorry to inform you but the screensavers and ringtones from the Sprint digital lounge DO NOT work on the Q. I would call customer service and see if they will give you a refund for your purchases. Do a search on this forum and you will find plenty of sites for free ringtones and wallpaper.
