Emoticons?

I had a question on my new Moto Q, which I fell in love with

On my prior sprint phones, when sending texts you could add in emoticons, like actual smiles. Is there any program to add that to the Q? Ive used them so much I dont know if I can go without! lol.

no program that i know of
but if you use xtreme text for text messaging they are built in

Yea but are they in the same format as other sprint phone? If not then its kinda useless

they are just the basic ones so sure!

Giving it a try but it seems to lock up my phone and act pretty slow. Hope Im not doing something wrong LOL.

its best to load the app with not too many texts already stored...and keep them low! Ten thousand lets say is ten times too much....
