Default Do I need a data plan to use Power Vision?

I just got a Motorola Q, along with a Sprint Power Pack plan (900 minutes). Shortly after activating, I added Sprint Power Vision Access for $15/month. My new billing cycle just kicked in, and I was told it might not start working until after that time. It's still not working.

My question is this: do I need a data plan to use Power Vision? I'm under the assumption I don't, but I can't find any information telling me the answer! I've been searching these forums all morning and haven't come across anything giving me a solid answer...

Perhaps I tried to do too much to my account within minutes of it being activated... Thank you for any help.

The "power vision" is the data plan.
If you used your phone during the mythical first 4 hours you may need to call sprint and have them reprovision the phone.

should work. doublecheck your settings for internet under settings menu power vision enable. sprint forgot to add power vision to my wifes q and was charged for casual usage (more than 15) but it did work

I figured out the issue at work, not two hours ago. I had a feeling it was a setting within the phone stopping it from working. Sure enough, I updated PCS Vision via the settings menu and it's working now. I've been smacking myself ever since. Thanks for the replies though, I really appreciate it!
