Do I need a data plan to use Power Vision?

if you don't mind me asking, how much are you paying? Ironically I was just looking at the new share plans for my 3 lines today. The new plans are cheaper for more minutes than I got a year and a half ago

$100 + $20 x 2 ($20 per line) plus 28% discount. Roughly $40 per line after taxes and insurance.

not bad at all, I just switched mine over to the 1500 minute shared plan (130 for the first 2 + 20 for the third line - 15% military discount) I was paying 160 after the discount before and we only had 550 minutes and everything is included in this one.
there may be a possibility that you could activate a Q on your plan (if it's a Q1 you could tell them that it can't use all the features that power vision offers anyway) or you could always activate it without data.
