I beleive if you turn the phone off and pull the battery for a bit then reinsert and turn it on it will update to the current cell towers time zone.

start>Settings>Phone Settings>More>Clock & Time Zone>
set clock update to automatic, set "TIME ZONE UPDATE" to automatic....shessh
