Default yet another noob question

hey guys.......im really having some difficulty trying to install programs on my phone.......I've downloaded .cab files and when they are downloaded to my desktop i can't tell which is the .cab file. They are all shown as unknown files....somebody please help!!!!! I am very lost and confused!!!!

you would have found your answers by doing a search... but alright, copy the .cab file to to the Q (anywhere is fine) and execute/run them using the File Manager on the Q, that will install the file.

it's a good idea to keep the .cab file(s) as a backup in case you need to install the program again but it's not required for the program itself so you can also just delete the .cab

What the man ^^ said...and for anyone out there like me, QOnly, just click the .cab file. It will self-install directly to your My Documents folder; you just go to Start > and click your new app. Have fun, today!!
