it seems I saw more elsewhere but it could of been a previous version. I'd be pretty amazed if changing those worked and they probably would revert back after a reboot. Good luck!

Worse case you could use web-based hotmail until the server issue is cleared up.

Let me know if there are any other strings you would like to try..

I have this one installed on my Q and it works great so far. Unfortunately, I just can't get the background on the home page to work, and I don't like the all deep blue solid color that it subsitutes. So I can't use the home page features.

Did you try transparent = "true"? It seems I did mess with the plugin a bit and got it transparent but still couldn't deal with it on my hs....

Combo...haha I like those!

Just reloaded the plugin and it is transparent with this code. I never messed to much with it but maybe the separation line can be removed as well. Here is the transparent code...

I'm a happy camper. I tried a few things (already had the transparent plugin active) and this is what worked:

1) removed the bgimage-rotated="\windows\WindowsLiveLS.jpg", as this image doesn't seem to install with the version I had got.

2) had to resize the WindowsLive.jpg to 320x230 for my Q, as the original seems to not stretch (if it's supposed to) and was too small.

Do you or anyone know which setting in the windowslive.home.xml will change the icon shortcuts row to the small icons rather than the large? I cross-referenced a few home.xml's and couldn't find anything that jumped out as the setting.

can try reducing the height in the "mru" (most recently used) section...or get yourself some Facade!!!
