If you have live search, it should give you the option to update.

And the cab is called LiveSearchWM6!
So I should use the WM6 cab even though I'm on WM5? The WM6 cab is 3.0 and the WM5 cab is 2.5?

My client is definitely not giving me any option to update.

EDIT: Ok, I went through PIE and got the WM6 cab and that's giving me Live Search 3.0 now.

I am not seeing this option. Is this something in Pocket Outlook? I use EA. Maybe that option is in this application.

I use EA....select a contact and if that contact has an address with it you'll see "show on map" under menu.

also...if your a google map user also, read this little trick at the end of the review!

Thanks. When I tried this originally, I must have selected a contact without an address. I also noticed there is an option for latitude/longitude on the map.

EDIT: In order to get the "Show on Map" command (Live Search) to appear in the Contacts application, I had to uninstall Google Maps Mobile, and reinstall Live Search. Reinstalling Google Maps after that brings both map commands to the Contacts application.

very clever!

What's more interesting is that WLS shows the map option when a contact is simply highlighted in a list - Google's map option doesn't show up unless you actually select the contact you are interested in...

Later,

Matt!

I had this program on my Q, but I just switched to the Q9C, so I have to re-install all of my stuff. Does anyone know if this can entirely installed on the storage card!? Would doing this mean I can put the storage card into any WM based phone and run it?

mine is installed on the SD card
and no it would not mean you could do that since the app makes a few registry entries...
