Default Will the Q run Java 1.0 or CSS?

I'm a Real Estate Agent (amoung other things). I need to have the Q compatible with my MLS (Multiple Listing Service). The Website company that builds the MLS Website says my Q has to be able to run Java 1.0 or CSS. Don't know what that is but maybe one of you do.

BigDaddy, Thanks for the reply. Well, thanks for stand vigil for 8 yrs. Now I'll stand shoulder to shoulder with you in anticipation. How's L.A.? I lived there for 49 yrs. I miss it because I really knew my way around.
