Those are two TOTALLY DIFFERENT applications. SmartToolkit is a Start Menu replacement, combined with softkey skinning, pop-up plugins, toolbar (cut/copy/paste etc) and screensaver stuff.

Facade displays appointments, tasks and launcher shortcuts right on your homescreen, if wanted in tabbed mode.

I think the Facade launcher part is only exciting if it's skinned (included in a skin, like my X Reloaded).

BTW Am I allowed to post in that thread? I have Facade, so am I against the thread's rules? ^^

I am living without Facade.

I don't have that many appt.'s

I found the Sprint layout for my home screen sufficient for my needs.

But, you never know, maybe if I get my shit together enough I might get it

Don't want it, don't need it. I try to keep my phone as slim as possible, most of the options are already on the OS, maybe not as flashy, but I'm not that busy to look through my calendar.

I just hear about how it slows down an already underpowered processor.

I don't have it. I understand what it does, unfortunately I am cheap. I might try it out as a trial and maybe it will hook me on it.

Not sure I really need it...seem to do fine without it.. although some homescreens I like require it..

I've been thinking about doing the MOL3 update to by Q (mainly so I can try out BeyondPod). So my plan was to try out a bunch of software, decide what I like, wipe my Q and then reinstall the stuff I liked. Ya'll (yes, I'm from the south) have got me wanting to try out Facade now. Can you recommend any good home screen to try out with it?
