What GPS software are you using?

I am not saying google maps, wls or Sprint Nav.
I mean those having built-in maps. like TomTom Navigator 6.
A Sprint Tech rep told me without Sprint network GPS feature won't work. (He said Q9c can't receive satellite signal directly. All GPS signal Q9c can receive is relayed by Sprint towers.)
So, if I am hiking somewhere with no cellphone signal, gm/wls/snav won't help. Then I may need a GPS software(Map software?) with full US map.

I heard sth about TomTOm6. But somebody say it's for PPC and won't work on WM6 standard version which is what our Q9c has.

So, what's your solution? Thanks.
