if you don't know or remember what they were then odds are they weren't that important.

I can't say that i'm all that organized, and probably was operating in a minor panic.

But since you haven't acknowledged if you used ActiveSync or even the Q to check what Microsoft progs are installed, then i don't understand why you've wasted so much time hanging around.

But you did make me read your pointless posts.

Just a thought.

currently I am no where near my pc, so I can't check for you. I was just hoping to point out a master reset may only bring back usless apps that you never use.

I'm not the one that deleted at will, only tring to help and provide an additional opinion.

On the (Verizon) Q home screen:
Start
Settings
G More...
B Remove Programs

Would someone respond if they see what will probably be Microsoft utilites installed?

You may have to be patient and wait awhile as most users here probably have pages of apps in the add or remove screen. I have 8 pages. If you don't want to restore them via the master reset as suggested (that restores all ROM programs) then it may be a while for either a brand new Verizon user to read this thread or someone that just did a master reset could help but they need to know if you have a Q or Q9M. The ROM programs will be different for each.

By patient it could be days.

I have a Q from Verizon also and by going into the Remove Programs as youve stated, the only programs that should show up are ones that I installed after I bought it. No apps. that come standard with the Q. should show up there. Least on mine, and I have a crap load of apps.

the pre-installed apps will not be seen in the Remove Programs because they are installed in the ROM.

halfway down this page you see an overview of most of what comes installed. other things on the Verizon Q (list may not be complete), Wireless Sync, Get Applications & Help and Quickstart.
