Default Weight Watchers/Diet software

Does anyone know of any weight watchers software for the Q. I'm specifically looking for the points calculator, but I'd take anything right now.

thanks

You can find the points formula on line. Using Excel and Doc 2 Go, you can create a quick spreadsheet that works great.

Look in the Q store. The Health and Diet manager lets you track points. You can download the demo see if it works for you. I tried it and liked what it had to offer.

Here is the formula:

(calories/50) + (fat grams/12) - (min{r, 4}/5)

So then if A1 is calories, B1 is Fat, and C1 is Fiber your points column formula would be- =A1/50+B1/12-C1/5

Default Weight watchers

I never realized the formula was online...is it on their site or somewhere else? Sadly, I don't have excel, so while i love the idea of a spreadsheet, there isn't much chance. At least if I keep the formula, I can do the math on an emergency basis.

thanks

scott

They were suggesting that you buy Docs2Go which would give you excel, then just create the spreadsheet outlined above and you have a weight watchers point calculator and a generally useful set of apps for the Q on top of it.
