I lost like 25 pounds on WW like a year ago. My wife started it, then I was sort of forced into it with all the healthy cooking. I started seeing the difference, then started to run 3 days a week. In a years time, especially over the winter, i slacked mostly on the running. I only put back on like 5 pounds. It really does change the way you look at food and you dont want to eat bad as much anymore.
@ MattB: i agree, the one thing i really have to force myself to do is the exercise.. and i do also learn certain things at meetings (since we always stay for them, very nice and good looking lady doing the meetings helps my willingness to stay :} i do hope i can follow your success and not put on everything too quickly again. great job on the 25 pounds.
