Ok. He's a real simple spreadsheet calculator I created with the above formula.

I don't do WW myself, so I'm not sure how you keep track of points, but I rounded the points to 1 decimal.

You'd need docs2go or WM6 (which has office) or google/search around for Microsoft Office from WM6 (for WM5) (that's all I can say about that).

Last I knew they did not support the Q. But this could have changed.

lex thanks for the spreadsheet... i went for the first time yesterday w/ my SO. plan is to "only" lose about 20Lbs, which is still 10Lbs more then i ever weighed in my life.. i blame the American portion sizes and me quitting smoking. (last year we surprised my parents showing up for the 50th wedding anniversary and the first thing my dad said was "you got fat"... ok, hi to you also dad :}

anyway... my SO loves the spreadsheet. thx.

for the often out eaters amongst us, here a helpful web site: Dottie's Weight Loss Zone.

Anyone know if there is any software for diabetics available? Also am wondering if any of the companies that make glucose testers have software to plug your meter into the q, like their pc software. You download your meter to the pc and the program creates graphs etc.

Has anyone found 3rd party software that will let you interface with the website to sync? The software they have on their site is for Palm OS only.
