Why dont you just use .mp3's? They are smaller size than .wav's anyway, and the quality is more outstanding compared to a .wav file.
Could you explain your thoughts on this? .Wav and mp3 are formats and quality on mp3's will be less simply based on the compression factors while a .wav file is not compressed. While you can record in both formats a .wav file will have more data in the sound field than a mp3.
Does anyone know of an application that will play .wav files?
I receive .wav voicemail attachments in email on the Q, and have no problem playing them.. when I click on the attachment, it plays in WMP..

I also receive my voice mails from work as an .wav email.
I purchased Pocket Player 3.01 from Conduits.
It works great.
I need a program that will allow me to open a .tif file.
I receive my faxes via email as .tif files.
Good luck
