Default Virtual Earth Mobile

Hey All,

I'm having trouble getting virtual earth working and need some help

it looks really cool.... but I get an error message when I try finding an address....

Here is where I downloaded the CAB file
http://viavirtualearth.com/vve/Gallery/VEMobile.ashx

Anyone else run into this problem and solve it???

i get the same error...not sure why...
it installed properly...there are quite a few other programs for this out there...google maps, microsoft live, map4pda....
i use google maps...looks just like this program...

I had google maps... but the searching function was so picky.... I will try another option then and let you know.

BTW- I installed all the software I lost today, went pretty quick like you said. Im glad I did, its much cleaner. I orginized all the installs, wrote directions and other sweet goodies. Once complete I can hook people up with a all in one zip.

I gave up on trying to get Virtual Earth to work. I found something better instead:

Windows Live Search.
Very responsive, easy to use and traffic report is helpful. It's also free.

Ditto on the Windows Live Search. Not only is it easy to use, but it looks FABULOUS on the "Q"
