Default Uninstalling Software

I have had my Q for a short time now and played around with installing different programs on it. Now there are a handful I would like to get rid of, but rather than just trashing them via the explorer, I am wondering if there is a way to do uninstalls (like in Windows going to Add/Remove programs).

Thanks for any help,
PJ

Thank you very. I assumed it was something simple like that that I couldn't find.

I must say that, while I am very happy with the Q, the manual that came with it leaves a lot to be desired and I have had to look up on-line better instructions for about 90% of the functions that I use.
