Default Two Way File Sync?

Ok, now that I have mobile office on my Q. I have some spreadsheets that I will be updating on the weekends and I am looking for an "automated" method of syncing this back and forth between the phone and desktop.

In otherwords I would like to configure a list of files, that I can then hit a button to push them to my phone on friday, then when I get back on Monday, pull them back to the desktop.

Is there something in Active Sync or Wireless Sync that can already do this. Will Sprite backup help with this? Or is there another option out there.

I can do it manually but would be nice if there's an automated way so I don't forget to move something one direction or the other.

Thanks,

Looks promising. It seems more geared for directories than idividual files, so I might have to change how I store a few things so that it will work for me, but definitely a step in the right direction.

no problem...it is geared more towards directories...but a really easy program to use to get files across quickly....test it out
