the new speak feature in this program is you can 'talk' to the app and tell it where you want to go rather than typing it in

Both programs and Extreme Agenda have trials. Best to try all 3 and see which works for you. I use Agenda one and some prefer the others. I feel all are good PIM's and it's personal choice as some may be stronger in some areas than others.

You should try a few different ones based on what you want to do and see how they work on your phone and if you like them. If you don't like it, then just uninstall.

SmartToolKit and Facade do different things. I have both installed on my Q9c, and I would recommend both. You should also install a new PIM (I use Papyrus). Resco Explorer is also nice to have as both a file manager and a registry editor. You should also definitely install Windows Live Search or Google Maps (or both). Also, I recently decided to try out phoneAlarm (gives you great control over profiles, notifications, alarms, etc.), and it is working very well. TCPMP is also a must.

Edit: forgot to mention Opera Mini (so much better than PIE) - though, you will need to install JBed to run it.

Facade
GoogleMaps (free GPS locator on the 9h)

I really dont have much more than that installed. I add and delete as needed. I am a freeware junkie, but Facade is well worth the price.
