Which java emulator are you using. I'm using Jbed, and the popup only appears before I visit the first site. I choose the option that says Ask Me Next Session, and it doesn't popup again unless I exit the program and come back. I'll see if it can be suppressed like Opera Mini's connection popup.

I can confirm that the Opera Mini fix to get rid of the connection popup also works for Teashark.

I tried creating a start menu shortcut in the same manner as described for Opera Mini, but it did not work. I just get a white screen. I definitely used the correct Suite # based on the filed in the Windows/Appdb folder, but it does not load. I have to run Jbed first and start through its launch menu. A little bit of a hassle . . .

Anyway, while the browser itself can be slow, it looks promising and could really be nice with continued development. It's definitely worth a try (especially for those who might not have their Skyfire beta yet). I'll post a few more thoughts after I play with it some more tonight.

pointer takes some getting used to, thing is sensative. Kinda slow, but I have high quality images selected. Very promising

Do you have the pointer set to Free Roaming On or Off?

didn't even check...may have to fire it up again. That darn pointer was making me dizzy.

did you have any issues trying to type in a url? keep on typing thr same letter until I hit cancel

I don't have my Q in front of me at the moment, but if I remember correctly, when you use the Go To choice on the left softkey menu, and it brings up the input box for the URL, if you push the left softkey again, it'll bring up another menu - if you select Edit from that menu, it'll bring you to Jbed's text editor input box where you can type in the URL.

ahhh, will have to remeber that. Its neat, but very slow right now. Hopefully that will get fixed in next version
