Default stumped loading documentstogo

Okay, I guess I'm a bit dense.

I've downloaded documentstogo my q. I used file manager to get to it. I seem to be unable to load it onto my phone. I do not see a .cab file, just an .exe file.

Anybody able to help me figure this out, please?

Scott

It says "There is no application associated with docstogo.exe.0407. Run the application first and then open this file inside the application". This is on the Q, by the way.

I was able to get ziptogo.exe to load...I was able to put my registration and activation key in.

I have also downloaded the setup files onto my PC. When I click on setup, it wants to know where to put the files. I hate to admit it, but I'm drawing a complete blank. Don't they have to go into a certain file to do the ezsynch thing?

Thanks.

if the original file is truly an .exe then sync up with ActiveSync (usb) to your Q....then on your pc click or double-click on the .exe!

or is it a .cab?

I looked for the cab files originally and found none.

So if I set it up on my PC, what file should I set it up in? Refresh my memory on the Synching process. Does activesync not just sync certain files between the PC and the Q?

As long as you folks will bear with me, I'll get this deal figured out...

have you synced up before with AS? If so...do it again. Once its done double click on the exe on your pc. it will start the install to your Q...
