streaming mp3 to motorola q from my own web server, getting errors.

I am a mac user, therefore orb and avenuu are out of the question for me. I would still like to have access to about a gig of music that i would upload to my webserver to stream. I would like to use windows media player because my stereo bluetooth headphones will control that. I get errors from windows media player that it cannot play that type of audio, i have tried both mp3 and m4a no DRM on either file. I get the same error message.

TCPMP works with both, any ideas on how I can get this solution set up?
