Default Storage Card Folder Disappears

I have a 2 GB card with videos and MP3s. When I put the card in I can access the files in the Storage Card folder. If I put the Q down and come back later the Storage Card folder is not there. I can get it to come back by removing the card for a short time and puttting it back in. Does anyone else have this issue?

Are you accessing this through media player? If so make sure that you are setting it to read from your storage card.

It does not matter how I attempt to access the /Storage Card folder (media player, TCPMP or File Manager). It is not there for anything to access.

Does it have the same problem with your pc? If so defective card. If not defective phone. Try a master reset. If that don't work try and get a replacement.

I have the same problem but it seems to be that the card is not installed all the way. The rubber part on the out side of the Q cannot keep the card installed.

Anyone have this issue at all???

Are you sure you're inserting your memory card in all the way? It should click in place once it has been inserted properly. It shouldn't need to rely on applied pressure from the rubber door to keep it in.

Agreed, your Q's rubber door should not bulge as if its happy to see you or something, the SD card will click and stay in there without the door being closed if you have installed in correctly.
