List Pro works fine with the Q if you sync it with Mobsync. I also use it to easily update files between my PC and the Q (Excel, Word, etc.)

MobSync is a great little program... when i connect the Q it starts and syncs a bunch of Office documents and also my ring-tones, pictures & my documents, so i am ensured of accurate backup's..

1 small downside, it is not able to copy the pim.vol.. oh well, my contacts 'n stuff is all in Outlook.

I don't like my Today screen filled with info, but I did try it, and it didn't work. I got a big white screen saying something about the theme not being usable.
But the program itself is great; brief & to the point. I like how you can use the Dpad to scroll through different views.

I am trying the trial of ListPro. However, I really don't want to be forced to save to /My Documents and changing the link directory doesn't seem to do it....

However, I NEED a desktop interface or I won't use it. Project-ing that is included in Extreme Agenda would technically do all I want it to, there's no desktop interface.

So, of the suggestions, is Unwired List Manager the only one other than ListPro with a desktop edition?

Coming from a PocketPC, I could not believe how disfunctional the smartphone calendar and To Do list was. I use Papayrus (bundled a calendar and To Do list program). I find it to be even more functional than the calendar/To Do list for my PocketPC and my Palm PDA.

Thanks for the reply. I use Extreme Agenda for my calendar and there is a project view included that is basically everything I need and links to contacts/tasks/notes/etc so it is actually fabulous. I just hate entering everything on the Q and it links to Outlook...

Since I tried ListPro and Unwired List Manager and didn't love either, I have actually just opened XA and have been entering my Projects directly into the Q. Not TOTALLY what I want, but frankly better than the other alternatives at this point.

But, yeah, the built-in calendar/to do is VERY anemic. (I came from a Palm)
