Thanks for the link. I can open the file but can't click on anything. Can anyone help? Did I do something wrong?

you moved the file over to the Q and you couldnt open it?

Yes. I moved the file to my docs. I open it & I see the snes screen but can't click on anything.

what you have to do is...go to options then preferences and check the box that says associate .nes files. close out the program and then go to the file manager and open any .nes file and you can play

That's my problem. I can't click on file or options. The screen is just sitting there. My Q doesn't freeze, the softkeys don't respond.

have you tried to restart the Q or perhaps delete it and try again

Can you have nes and snes on the Q??? i want the SNES on my q but doesnt recognize the file. /??? help anyone? !
