Default SmartToolKit Questions!

So now that I've installed SmartToolKit....
I get these damn empty folders in the start menu for things i already deleted.

Get On Demand
Software Store
Instant Messaging
GetGood

Are there registry keys that I need to delete in order for these annoying softwares to go away forever or what?

ALSO...
It seems that I can no loger select icons on my Home-Screen with SmartToolKit running... Is this normal?

What homescreen are you running? I can't say that I've had any trouble selecting items on my homescreen while running STK.

It's just a standard home screen using no plug-ins to speak of...
I'll reboot and see what happens.

Also, which version of STK are you running? Some ppl have had issues with certain releases. I believe the last release was RC09, but I've stuck with RC08 myself.

If you do go through all the hassle of removing these, they will come back if you ever master reset and you'll have to do it over again.

If you personalize STK and have most of your favorite apps pinned to the start launcher or a popup launcher, you may not even go to the all programs section enough for the extra junk to bother you.

Yes... and now that i've looked through all the SmartToolKit settings, you are correct sir!... I've been playing with this for about the last hour and am liking it more and more.

Where can you find more skins for this program?

Go to the Hotkey settings for STK and either delete the hotkey for the Task Bar or change it to something else. I think you're better off deleting it, as lots of ppl have said that when using that particular hotkey, their Q's were prone to lockups.
