 |  Slick not staying open in the background? So I noticed today that if I leave slick open and then go to look something up in either opera mini or PIE, then when I return to Slick after maybe a minute or so, it'll be reconnecting and restarting the program. Shouldn't it stay open if only one other program is open? Or is there maybe some setting I'm missing. |

| i believe there is an option to keep it connected when the program is running in the background. i have mine set that way, but usually about once a day i will open the program and it will be disconnected. |

 | i think there is a battery save option if that is check i believe it disconnects after X amount of time

| Okay it turns out that the task isn't staying open. This confuses me a little, because I have 8.5 MB of RAM free when I open PIE. Shouldn't it only be closing it when I have only a couple megs of RAM free? (still, 8.5 mb isn't that much, is there a way to see which system processes are taking up so much ram also, because the built in task manager doesn't show that. ) Last edited by jhoff80; 04-14-2008 at 06:38 PM. |
