i was getting the same errors...i went to configuration scroll down to access point and change it from automatic to internet...that fixed my problem.

thanks alot for the help, everything works well so far.

i have ONE last question. about text prediction on slick.

so i never had a problem with typing on palringo, opera, wmlive search. or anything that involves typing. so you guys know about how text prediction works, if you type a phrase it will remember that phrase for the next time you use it. so in slick, i type "year" and press enter it comes out to be "years" so i type it slowly making sure i dont press -> to make the text prediction go off. i type y-e-a-r then it shows 'year|s" usually with this on another program i press enter and it wont show the 's' but when i press enter on slick it comes out as "years" weird?

it also happens with other words like when i tried to type "too" it comes out to "too bad" as in what i wrote before. i figured out how to get by this by pressing enter immediately after i type the word, but is there a way i can disable to auto text prediction???

Thanks for this. I was getting an error also, so I would sign onto PIE and then Slick and it would work. Thanks for the fix!
