I didnt, I will try it right now. I really should know by now to always reboot after and install. Even if it's not the fix, it's a good standard to go by.

Just rebooted and tried signing on to it, got "error: Auth failed socket error newtork is down. error number 10050"

yes, I just downloaded it from the site. Had a problem when installing it though. I added it to "my documents" , opened up the cab, asked where i wanted to install it, selected stroage card, installed at first the whole bar filled, then went to another installation bar but kept cycling during the installation portion. When i do a reboot now it goes to the installation thing again but wont stop. I have to go to manager and kill the process. but it works when i open it up. any ideas?

Maybe uninstall and try to install again? Slick installed fine on my storage card.

it's exactly what happened the first time I tried installing it yesterday. Thats why i deleted it and reinstalled it today but got the same thing. It was weird, kind of like the second part of the installation just got hung up. The symbol just kept spinning. Kind of stinks because now when I reboot, it automatically goes to the install process and locks thing up kind of til i kill the process. I like the app. and would love to find a fix for this. I thought it might be my phone so i tried downloading another app just to see and the install process went fine.

Maybe run SK Tools Lite . . . might be some junk leftover from the previous installation attempts.

tried running SK lite, didnt seem to clean it. I rebooted and that installation file loaded back up, makes everything slow as heck til I kill it. Im going to go into windows files and see what i can do. I think it's because a file was interrupted on install and the process was killed and whenever I reboot it's reloading the process and trying to continue the install for a file that isnt there. LOL gotta love this crap. Im gonna go look in startup file and see if i can find anything that looks suspicious.

*add on*

went into WM windows file, went to start up folder, looked at all the startup files and found one that was last modified yesterday around the time the problem occured. I deleted it, rebooted and no problems at all, everything works fine.

If you mean Slick, it does not use airtime, but it does use data.
