Mine lookes like it is "freezing", but after a few minutes, (if phone is NOT plugged in), it will re-boot. This frees up the most RAM on the phone anyway.

If the phone IS plugged in, the phone shuts down and I get the batter charging icon. If I turn on the phone, a lot of RAM will be free.

I have to take the battery out if its not plugged in but it was just restarting on its own if it was. It use to show me how much it frees up but oh well i guess its not a problem to restart it but having to take the battery out gets irritating sometimes.

Occasionally, mine will do as yo described and show me how much RAM is being freed up. It shows: available before/available after/amount free or something to that effect. HOWEVER: when it does it this way, and I go back to check (in memory manager) how much RAM is free, it is never significantly more than before the clean-up. When the phone re-boots, the RAM numbers go from 13 back up to 25.

Hope this makes sense!

I am having this very issue. you figure out to correct it? I don't like to have to take the battery out to get my phone back up and running.

most times mine never shows what was cleared. It appears "frozen" for a min then reboots. Give it a few min if you haven't ran the app in a while.

Does your screen turn black when it's frozen?

Does this free ram thing really work? What I mean is, it frees ram but how soon before that ram just freed up is used again? The next time you run a prog?
