 |  Screen capture??? I have a 2 week old Q and I keep getting an error message I want to be able to send off to Verizon tech support.. Does anyone know of a way to do a screen capture? Thanks for any help!! |

|  Your phone has a screen capture program already installed. Look in File Manager / windows / prtscrn.exe You will have to display the hidden files in that folder to see it. Then you can create a shortcut in your start menu to the prtscrn.exe. Hope that helps. |

   |  i noticed there was already a prtscrn.lnk in \Windows, that would be the shortcut correct ? i now have SmartSS+ for screenshots but if i could use something already on the phone, is there a help file somewhere.. how can i use/activate prtscrn on any given screen i want to grab ?
