*sigh*

When i first got my Q I had Outlook 97 and ActiveSnyc won't work with anything older that Outlook 2003. I ended up buying Outlook 2003 (not the complete Office) on Ebay for $30 something and all is good in Q land. It seemed to register properly and works fine with ActiveSync.

No it was in a sealed sleeve with the reg no. sticker. If I remember correctly I was connected to the internet and was able to register properly. As it is an older version I'm hoping it was legal and on the up and up.

I use papyrus as my scheduler but I gather from reading the various responses that you want something that is on your pc as well as Q after syncing using active sync?

his -valid in my opinion- reasoning is that he doesn't want to enter all appointments on the Q but prefers using a pc w/ a normal keyboard.. which is definitely understandable :}

I used Gmobilesync but it works great! It takes some adjusting to the time zones but it is wireless, which is nice. It does show up on your home screen. It even works if you have Papyrus.
