Save Contacts? - Motorola Q Forum

Were I to want to re initialize my Q and clear all the data, but wanted to keep my contacts intact, how would I do that? What file or folder is the contact info under. Can anyone help me?

It will probably easier and less frustrating if you "ActiveSync" your contacts to Outlook.

Jeyo Mobile Companion is a cool app if you want to save your contacts, emails, messages, and call history.

This worked great...

There was a contacts at the top of the list that was selectable... use that one. There's another at the bottom of the list that wasn't selectable. Not sure what that was about.

Plug your Q in to your pc and activeSync does it's thing....

BAMMM!!! Everything backed up on the PC. And your PC contacts backed up on your Q .
