Default Right Menu Trial to Full Version

I bought the full version of Right Menu and hit a road bloack. There's no way to uninstall the trial! The full version won't install unless I find some way to completely remove the trial.

Any ideas from anyone who found a way around this? I suppose I can always just wait 15 days and then I assume I can reinstall.

Hey, this will cost you, how about, umm... the full program and the reg code... JUST KIDDING!!!!

I don't have the full version, but this is how I got mine from stop working.

1. Run the main program (rkeyen.exe) goto FILE --> OPTION and remove the check mark from "Use Key".

2. Delete or rename the rkeyen.exe file

3. Restart device

4. Install new full version file.

hopefully that works...

here is how you do it....
you will get an email with a user name and password and a site to go to to input that info. after you do so you will be prompted to download an exe file. put this file on your Q and over write the preexisting trial version. it will go over the trial version and not erase any data that you may have done during your trial...
good luck!

Well, I had a few road blocks trying to do this. At first I tried deleting everything and I found this out: Don't do it.

I had read you needed to delete absolutely every trace of the program, but when I deleted the profiles (the menus I had set up) it reinstalled to default, but it did not install the default "Right Menu Edit" shortcut. Now I was stuck with no shortcuts except my MRU, no way to edit the Right Menu, and the kicker was my home screen got all screwed up for some unknown reason. I had nothing on my home screen except my mail plugin, no MRU shortcuts either.

Luckily I was able to restore the profiles because of Resco's Recycle Bin and I did a Master Reset.

The one nice things is I apparently had a few mystery files sucking up memory because now I have everything setup again and I have 35MB of free space with all my apps, ringtones, sounds, and everything else.

The worst thing is I installed my full version and it still shows as a trial! So I'm waiting to hear from the developers.

was the 'full version' what you DL'd after you paid for the program? if so its NOT the full version as i found out...wait for an email...it came a day or 2 later

also to remove the program you have to go in to the program and go to file options and uncheck the 'use' button and then you can delete the file or you will have a unmapped key and it will keep looking for the rkey.exe file

n99 seems to have the 'solution' how to go about it... i'm trying the trial now.

Ya, it's a very confusing process. Not to mention you need the trial on there to get the "skins" folder and icon file, it only downloads and gives you the .exe.

It is a great program though, just make sure you keep at least one menu with the "Right menu Edit" shortcut.
