Question Resco Registry Search

I have a quick question and/or comment!

Has anyone else experienced problems with the FIND feature of Resco Registry NOT finding what you key in?

I have never used anything but Resco...
Would you suggest switching to PHM? Is it as nice as Resco?

Default *update*

i received an email back from Resco, they are unable to reproduce the issue and asked if i could send them a .reg file of the key (which i will do later)...

they added that they released Resco v6.0 and gave me a free reg-code... which, i believe i had a right to anyway since i purchased a license, not sure though.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we are not able to reproduce your problem.
We have released new version 6.0 last week (I am attaching your registration code - you are entitled to have it for free).
If you would experience the problem again, we would appreciate if you could send us the registry export (REG file) of the problematic key. We will try to import it and inspect the reason. Thank you.

Best Regards,
Juro
