Question about CT AlarmClock

ok, i recently went and downloaded the trial version of CT AlarmClock, and noticed that when an alarm goes off, the sound does not stop. i'll hit dismiss (assuming that turns the alarm off), and it just keeps on going. the only way to stop it, is to turn off my phone, and turn it back on. is there something im doing wrong? if i get the full paid version, will this keep happening?

it shouldn't happen either way.
Uninstall and reinstall it.
BTW they have the best cs I have ever dealt with.

I have been using the paid version of the CT Alarmclock for the past few weeks and did not have any issues.
