If I remember their website had both a support link and its own forum. That is probably the best place to contact the developer with an installation problem on the Q1. If you are trying to install it on a Q9 it doesn't work and maybe they can give you credit for their new release when issued or a refund.

Just received an email from the developer Brandon Davids as follows:

"This is an email to notify you that we have a release candidate for the Q9 version of QCaps. If all goes well, the official version will be released no later than Sunday night."

Regarding those that purchased it for the Q9:

"Thanks for your patience to those customers who have paid already. You’ll be notified immediately when the official version is ready for you."

Sprint just upgraded me from a Q to a Q9C because of continued battery issues. Q-Caps was my most used app, bummed to find out it doesn't work on the Q9C. Looks like its been over a month since there was any news - anything yet?

We are still trying to figure out why the number keys are not working on the dialing screen, which prevents the user from getting voicemail. Once this bug is fixed, it will be released.
