Strange, I also have a WM Treo 700wx Treo with Sprint for work, which I also have PushEffect installed on, and I received every email on my Treo that also arrived at my Gmail account. These messages were sent from various servers so maybe it's a problem that is specific to your Sprint account? Maybe you should call CS and they could re-provision?

what about AOL?

Don't know if AOL can auto forward. You can access it through IMAP on the Q, but the server needs to auto forward the SMS signal for PushEffect to work. There are free applications that you can download to your PC that will automatically forward AOL mail but that means you need to leave your PC on to push mail in real time through PushEffect.

I found this for you, looks pretty easy to set up.

hope that helps.

PushEffect works with almost every account except AOL/AIM out of the box, unfortunately.

Why don't you try Gmail or fastmail, etc? I use Gmail and it's great and I get my mail in seconds with PushEffect.

Others have seen Gmail filter out certain messages as well. It has been my experience that it has something to do with the sender address, not the length of the message, because certain people would never trigger my gmail. Of course, many others, indeed the majority, work fine which is why you probably haven't encountered it.

Again, I have not seen this with Gmail. Anything that Gmail filters should wind up in the spam folder. I don't think it selectively filter messages to be forwarded. But anything is possible, I guess.

been using it for almost a week now and haven't seen this problem on either a VZW Q or Treo 700wx from Sprint.
